Maclean’s assessment of lower priced areas (now areas of
choice) in this article is not my experience.
They mentioned Sidney as 2 of the 4 options and then targeted “Estevan”
in Oak Bay as “moving further out of the core for affordability”. I wouldn’t
quite agree with their analysis.
